The best way to find the right neighborhood for you is to let someone help you who knows the area. One of the best things about the system that is in place for buying and selling homes is that you, the buyer, don’t pay your agent anything, ever. The seller covers all the fees whether you use an agent or not. You will learn more in an afternoon with me house hunting than you have during your countless hours online.

I’ve spent countless hours online looking for some information on neighborhoods in Hampton Roads. Comparecities.com, Google searches, Yahoo chat sites…. no one gives you a straight answer. I found your website to be very informative and well put together (the pics were a plus). Though I would like to see a section for more moderately priced neighborhoods (the “B” section), for the other 90% of us who can’t afford a 1/2 million dollar home.
