Nestled away between Holland Road and Princess Anne Road, it is both private and convenient. With mature trees, wide streets, many sidewalks and cul-de-sacs (29 in all!), Christopher Farms is a great family neighborhood. The vast majority of homes in Christopher Farms were built between 1988 and 1998 and are from 2000-3000 square feet. Home prices in Christopher Farms peaked at about $500,000 in 2006 but have fallen about 20% since then.
As of this writing, you can pick up your very own 2500 square foot, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home in Christopher Farms for around $400,000. Only 10 homes sold in 2008 and there are usually 3-5 homes on the market at any given time. These statistics show a low turnover rate of about 3% per year. About half of Christopher Farm residents are original owners.

Christopher Farms Elementary school is located right in the middle of the neighborhood (see map above). The neighborhood parents and kids love it.
