Bay Colony in Virginia Beach is a perfect mix of quiet residential and beach living. There’s no thu traffic but it is still just a bikeride to the beach. Tucked away behind the Cavalier, the streets of Bay Colony seem fairly random. Before you know it you could get lost!

There are about 200 homes in Bay Colony and prices start at about $500,000 and stretch well into the millions, even for lots that are not on the water. Needless to say, the lots are large and wooded and the homes come in all shapes and sizes.

The Princess Anne Country Club golf course winds it way through neighboring Linkhorn Park but it still feels part of Bay Colony.
